About Me

Hi, I'm Chris!

​​​​When I was just a teenager, I was in a car accident where there should have been fatalities. Instead, there was an awakening of Divine love in which we all walked away. It wasn't until much later in life that I understood that I was spared so I could pursue my life's soul mission, one of healing and teaching others higher truths.

One of those truths is that we are souls who have been gifted with

a human body so we can freely experience life, and not just a body that is aimlessly searching for its soul.​

Another truth came in the form of Reiki. I was guided to Reiki as an alternative for restoration of health not only for myself, but for others. I was taught Usui Reiki I and II and went on to become a Reiki Master Practitioner. Later, I added Angel Reiki to my practice, which incorporates the beautiful loving energies of the Archangels. 

​

I also offer Emotional Release, which clears negative emotions stored in our mind, body and spirit. It is surprising how much just going through this process can release tension and promote healing.

Everything Is Energy

What is Reiki?

Reiki, pronounced "RAY-KEY" means spiritual life force. Many use the words Holy Spirit and in other countries it is referred to as Tai Chi or Qi Gong.

During a reiki session the practitioner flows healing energy through the client's meridians and chakras to relax and balance the mind, body and spirit.​

Each chakra is assigned to a specific organ of the body. When open, the chakra keeps the flow of energy that is needed for health in that specific area. If closed, it may cause inflammation or pain, which in turn may cause dis-ease.

Reiki Sessions

With hands hovered above your body, reiki energy begins to flow, and you may feel total relaxation permeate your mind, body and spirit. Many clients go to sleep, while others may see colors, have interesting visions or feel sensations throughout their body. Following your session, you may feel very peaceful and rejuvenated.

Reiki Energy is sent much like prayer; therefore, reiki sessions may be sent to the comfort of your own home.

Emotions Are Energy

Thoughts Direct our Energy

Emotions are not good or bad, but they can be a good indicator of where we are stuck. Because our thoughts direct our energy, over time, negative and repetitive emotional thoughts, words or actions can trap themselves in your body and cause distress or disease.​

These trapped energies could come from a number of difficult life experiences: Divorce or relationship difficulties; loss of a loved one; physical, mental, verbal or sexual abuse; rejection, abandonment, and the list goes on.

Emotional Release Session

Benefits of Emotional Release

During this session I will use muscle testing to ask your body where it is holding a trapped emotion that would be beneficial to release. By asking a number of questions, we will find the exact incident that caused this emotion. We will then forgive it with compassion and clear it through your energy meridians to aid you in moving forward in your life and overall wellbeing.
